At present, the Moroccan Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment and Digital Economy has implemented Law No. 24-09 on "Product and Service Security", which requires products launched into the Moroccan market to comply with the current regulatory requirements in Morocco. The Moroccan Goods Certification Assessment (CBCA) program, launched on February 1, 2020, is the implementation plan for this law.

3、 CMim certification

In addition, Law No. 24-09 includes the Moroccan Conformity Mark (CMim), which applies to electrical products that must comply with the technical regulations of this mark. Manufacturers should obtain technical documents, conformity statements, and affix the CMim mark to these products before they are placed on the Moroccan market.

2Starting from February 1, 2020, products regulated by the Moroccan Conformity Mark (CMim) regulations are also required to comply with the Moroccan Conformity Assessment Plan.

The CMim logo proves that the product complies with Morocco's technical regulations and standard specifications, which can guide consumers to purchase qualified and safe products, while helping the government strengthen effective control, promote fair competition in the market, and crack down on unqualified products. Technical products subject to Law No. 24-09 can only enter the Moroccan market smoothly with a clear CMim logo.
