3、 Certification process

4、 Label requirements

According to the specific requirements of different product standards, the following information should also be displayed clearly and not easily removed:

5、 Inspection requirements

1. Product appearance (with a focus on whether the product has rust, burrs, edges, or defects)

2. Product label (focus on whether the label contains the product name, model, MADE IN CHINA, trademark, exporter or manufacturer name, and electrical and electronic products should also have parameters such as voltage, frequency, power, current, etc.)

3. Packaging label (emphasis should be placed on whether the packaging box is MADE IN CHINA, product name, model or specification, trademark, exporter or manufacturer name, electrical and electronic products should also have parameters such as voltage, frequency, power, current, etc., as well as other indicators such as gross weight, net weight, rain proof label, careful handling label, etc.)

4. If it is a self-adhesive label, they will also roughly check the firmness of the attached label. As long as it's not too outrageous, too bad, and generally not a big problem, the most common situation is that if you don't give a tip, the inspector will pick the bones of the egg and pull it off with a lot of force, saying it's not secure. Because there is no standard for this firmness, it is directly decided by the inspector the final say.

5. Regarding the issue of gross weight and net weight, some qualified inspectors are not overly concerned about this because a slight error is really normal, and a slight deviation in gross weight and net weight is not closely related to product quality. But for novice inspectors, they require accuracy even if there is a slight difference. So these require companies to cooperate well.

6. After checking the above items, if there are no problems, the inspector will select some boxes for inspection based on the total number of boxes, such as counting the number of products in the boxes and multiplying it with the actual number of boxes to see if the actual quantity is consistent with the packing list and invoice.

7. After checking the quantity, if there are no issues, the inspector needs to take photos of the goods for evidence.
